We all know that email isn't the greatest tool for collaboration. Send the emails to a workspace in Podio instead, and let your team discuss the contents of the email in a collaborative environment.
Here's how it works:
At the bottom of each workspace activity stream you'll see a "Create status via email" icon.
Click it and you'll get your personal email address for the workspace stream. You can add it to your address book, or copy and paste the address from there.
Now, you can forward the email to the workspace. Once you've done this, the address will be saved in your email contacts so it'll be even faster next time.
